What drives me is simple:
Talent isn’t just a function; it’s the engine of every great business.
I’ve seen what happens when you put people at the centre of strategy. From scaling cultures and overhauling leadership pipelines to embedding AI into hiring systems and workforce design, I’ve worked across boardrooms and front lines to reimagine what truly great talent strategy looks like.
Why I Created Talent Reimagined
Over the course of my career in talent leadership, I’ve witnessed and helped shape profound change in how organisations attract, develop, and retain people. But nothing compares to the transformation we’re experiencing right now.
