In recent conversations across the Talent spectrum, it's interesting to hear the divide when it comes to AI. There’s the “Yay crowd” leaning into the potential, testing tools, & already seeing real results, & then there’s the “No group", unsure, sceptical, or just overwhelmed by the pace of change.

Both reactions are valid.

But one thing is clear: AI is here. For me, AI is powering a new era in Talent Acquisition…. AND I AM ALL IN.

Business transformation is accelerating: the way we attract, engage, & hire talent must continue to evolve.

AI isn’t just a trend; it’s a powerful catalyst for how we build & scale modern, human-centric talent strategies.

Having spent the last 8 years leading Talent Transformation, I’m always thinking about what’s next & more importantly, how to design solutions that are sustainable, scalable, & kind to our teams, our business, & our candidates.

  • We’re prioritising responsible AI adoption, investing in human-in-the-loop systems to ensure fairness, transparency, & ethical decision-making at every step.

The result?

  • We’re delivering faster, without sacrificing thoughtfulness.
  • We’re working smarter, not longer.
  • Our people are thriving because the tech is working for them, not the other way around.

This was never about replacing people; it’s about elevating them.

We’re not rushing into the future. We’re helping build the foundation for it.
